On January 19th, 2024, I proudly celebrated one year in business! It’s been an incredible journey—one filled with creativity, growth, and meaningful collaborations with major brands. I’m especially proud to have donated many bakes to charities close to my heart. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings!

Amy’s Bake Away is more than just a at home style bakery—it’s a labour of love born from personal loss, turned into a powerful passion for baking. In every cake and cupcake, I find both healing and purpose.
With a B.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hons) in Baking & Pastry Arts Management from TU Dublin and hands-on experience in several esteemed bakeries, I bring professional expertise and deep dedication to everything I create. My focus is on beautifully crafted buttercream cakes, cupcakes, and a variety of treats—all made from scratch, all made with care.

Celebrating Two Sweet Years in Business!
As of January 19th, 2025, I’m proud to celebrate two remarkable years of Amy’s Bake Away. This past year has been filled with exciting collaborations with esteemed brands, and I’ve had the honour of donating bakes to charities that hold a special place in my heart.
While the year brought its fair share of challenges—particularly with rising costs—we’ve pushed through with resilience and passion, continuing to grow in this ever-evolving industry.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support. I’m so excited for what lies ahead and can’t wait to share more beautiful bakes and milestones with you.

Please be aware that all our bakes contain wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, and soybean, and are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nut products. Some items may also contain fish (oils) in sprinkles. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any food allergens. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
