Vanilla & Jam
The classic! A light fluffy madeira sponge filled with a vanilla Irish salted buttercream and strawberry jam
Lemon Drizzle
A madeira sponge infused with lemon citrus. This is then filled with a lemon sherbet Irish salted buttercream and lemon curd
Red Velvet
A rich chocolate flavoured sponge cake with a distinctive reddish colour. This sponge is layered with Irish salted buttercream
Raspberry & White Chocolate
A light fluffy madeira sponge with fresh raspberries throughout. This is then filled with a white chocolate Irish salted buttercream.
Cookies & Cream
A vanilla based sponge with Oreo pieces dispersed throughout. These sponges are layered with a crunchy Oreo biscuit style buttercream.
Kinder Bueno
A rich chocolate flavoured sponge cake. This sponge is layered with Irish salted buttercream with Kinder Bueno spread.
Funfetti
A vanilla based sponge with colourful sprinkles dispersed throughout. These sponges are layered with a vanilla buttercream.
Chocolate Fudge
Another classic! The Bruce Bogtrotter fans will love this cake! A rich cocoa madeira sponge cake filled with Irish salted buttercream and chocolate Hazelnut spread
Chocolate Biscuit
Chocolate biscuit cake is crafted with 100% Belgian milk chocolate, melted down and blended with chunks of rich tea and milk digestive biscuits, Irish butter, and golden syrup for a rich, indulgent texture. The result is a dense, chocolatey cake with a satisfying biscuit crunch throughout, finished with smooth Irish salted buttercream decoration.
Available exclusively as a 5-inch round Tall Cake or now Small Cakes (6" & 8" round)
