Please note that we do not make fondant cakes, fresh cream cakes, and we do not offer delivery for weddings/custom orders. We focus exclusively on the styles shown here. If our cakes aren’t quite what you’re looking for, no worries! There are plenty of other wonderful bakers who may be a perfect fit.
Standard Flavours
Vanilla & Jam
The classic! A light fluffy madeira sponge filled with a vanilla Irish salted buttercream and strawberry jam
Chocolate Biscuit
This style cake is made with 100% Belgian milk chocolate.This is melted and down. Rich tea & milk digestive biscuits are mixed with Irish butter and golden syrup. Finally the cake is decorated with Irish salted buttercream.
Only available in a 5 Inch round by 8/9 inches tall.
Lemon Drizzle
A light fluffy madeira sponge infused with lemon citrus. This is then filled with a lemon sherbet Irish salted buttercream and lemon curd
Red Velvet
A rich chocolate flavoured sponge cake with a distinctive reddish colour. This sponge is layered with Irish salted buttercream
Raspberry & White Chocolate
A light fluffy madeira sponge with freeze dried raspberries throughout. This is then filled with a white chocolate Irish salted buttercream.
Cookies & Cream
A vanilla based sponge with Oreo pieces dispersed throughout. These sponges are layered with a crunchy Oreo biscuit style buttercream.
Kinder Bueno
A rich chocolate flavoured sponge cake. This sponge is layered with Irish salted buttercream with Kinder Bueno spread.
Vanilla Biscoff
A vanilla based sponge with Biscoff pieces dispersed throughout. These sponges are layered with a Biscoff buttercream.
Chocolate Fudge
Another classic! The Bruce Bogtrotter fans will love this cake! A rich cocoa madeira sponge cake filled with Irish salted buttercream and chocolate spread
