How To Order A Custom Bake?

**How to Order:**

 

To start, please submit an Enquiry Form, which you can easily find at the top of our website under "Enquiry Forms." When filling out the form, the more detail you provide about your desired bake, the better we can understand your vision.

 

Please note that our enquiry forms open on the first Friday of every month for a period of 12 weeks. For example, forms for May dates will open on the first Friday of March. If a specific date is unavailable for selection, it means that date is either fully booked or not available. To ensure fairness, please only select available dates that you intend to book and avoid selecting random dates with different comments.

 

**After Submitting Your Enquiry Form:**

 

Once we receive your enquiry, we will send you a quote via email within 24-48 hours. Please be aware that forms submitted on a Thursday or Friday will receive a response by the following Monday. We kindly request that you reply to our quote within 24 hours to secure your booking. Even if you decide not to proceed with the order, please let us know so that we can make the date available to others.

 

**Confirmation and Payment:**

 

Once you are happy with the final details outlined in our quote and reply to our email, we will convert it into an invoice and send it to you with a secure online payment link to finalise your booking.

 

For orders costing €100 or less, full payment is required. For orders over €100, we offer an instalment option: a €50 deposit and the remaining balance due one week before collection. Please note that all payments are processed online via the provided card payment link. We do not accept cash. The week of collection we will be in touch via email to confirm again with you, your order and remind you about pick-up details.

All communication regarding your order will be conducted via email, so please ensure you are using the correct email address and remember to check your spam or junk folder.

 

Your order will be ready for pickup on your chosen date and time slot. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate time or date changes once your booking is confirmed. All available collection days and times are clearly indicated on the enquiry form.
