How To Order A Custom Bake?

How to Order

1. Submit an Order Request Form
To get started, please submit an Order Request Form, which you can find at the top of our website under "Order Forms." The more details you provide about your desired bake, the better we can understand your vision.

2. Booking Availability
Our enquiry forms open on the first Friday of every month and remain open for 12 weeks. For example, forms for May dates will open on the first Friday of March.

If a date is unavailable for selection, it means that date is either fully booked or unavailable. To ensure fairness, please only select available dates that you intend to book and avoid choosing random dates with different comments.

 

After Submitting Your Order Form

Once we receive your enquiry, we will send you a quote via email within 24-48 hours.
Please note: forms submitted on a Thursday or Friday will receive a response by the following Monday.

To secure your booking, kindly reply to our quote within 48 hours. Even if you decide not to proceed, please let us know so we can release the date for others.

 

Confirmation and Payment

Once you approve the final details in our quote, we will send you an invoice with a secure online payment link to finalise your booking.

• For orders costing €100 or less, full payment is required upfront.

• For orders over €100, we offer an instalment option: a €50 deposit with the remaining balance due 10 days before collection.

All payments are processed online via the card payment link provided. We do not accept cash.

The week of your collection, we will email you to confirm your order and remind you of the pick-up details.

Important Notes

• All communication about your order will be via email. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and check your spam or junk folder regularly.

• Your order will be ready for pickup on your chosen date and time slot.

• We cannot accommodate changes to the time or date once your booking is confirmed.

• All available collection days and times are clearly indicated on the order forms.
