How To Order A Custom Bake?
Here are simple steps on how we operate for custom bakes!
How to Order
Step 1: Fill Out Our Order Request Form
The first step is super easy — just head to the top of our website and click “Order Forms” or click here.
We recommend sending your request two weeks ahead so you don’t get hit with a rush fee. The more details you give us about your dream bake, the easier it is for us to bring it to life!
Important: We can only provide quotes through the request forms. Even if you email us, we’ll kindly ask you to enter your details into our booking system (order forms) so nothing gets missed.
Step 2: Booking Availability
Our enquiry forms open on the first Friday of every month and stay open for 12 weeks.
For example: forms for May dates will open on the first Friday of March.
If a date isn’t showing, it’s either fully booked or unavailable. To keep things fair, please only select dates you actually intend to book — avoid picking random dates with different comments.
Step 3: After Submitting Your Order Form
Once your form is submitted, we’ll send you a quote by email within 24–48 hours.
Note: Forms submitted on a Thursday or Friday will receive a response by the following Monday.
To secure your booking, please reply to your quote within 48 hours. Even if you decide not to go ahead, a quick reply helps us free up the date for someone else.
Step 4 : Confirmation & Payment
Once you approve the final details in your quote and sign our client contract, we’ll send you an invoice with a secure online payment link to complete your booking.
Payment options:

Orders €100 or less → full payment upfront.

Orders over €100 → €50 deposit now, with the remaining balance due 10 days before collection.
All payments are processed online via the provided link — we do not accept cash.
The week of your collection, we’ll send you a friendly reminder email to confirm your order and share pick-up details.
Important Notes
Email is our only way of keeping in touch.
Please double-check that you enter the correct email address on your form, and don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder in case our replies land there.
Pickup details matter.
All available pickup days and time slots are listed directly on our order forms. Your order will be ready for pickup on the exact date and time slot you’ve selected. We do not deliver custom orders.
