How To Order A Custom Bake?

How to Order​

Step 1: Submit an Order Request

Click “Order Forms” at the top of our website or use the link provided.

We recommend submitting your request at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid rush fees. Please include as much detail as possible.

Important: Quotes are provided only through our order forms. Emails will be redirected to the booking system.​​

Step 2: Check Availability

Order forms open on the first Friday of every month and cover the next 12 weeks.
If a date isn’t visible, it’s unavailable or fully booked. Please select only the date you intend to book.

For example: forms for May dates will open on the first Friday of March.

​Step 3: Quote & Response
You’ll receive a quote by email within 24–48 hours (forms submitted Thu–Fri will be answered by Monday).
Please reply within 48 hours to secure your date.​​

Step 4: Confirmation & Payment

After approving your quote and signing the contract, you’ll receive an invoice with a secure online payment link.

​

• €100 or less → full payment upfront upon booking.

• Over €100 → €50 deposit, balance due 10 days before pickup

​

Online payments only — no cash accepted.

You’ll receive a reminder email with pickup details during the week of collection.

• Pickup only. Dates and time slots are selected on the order form. We do not offer delivery.
